Registration Guidelines

Before starting your registration, please review the following instructions and guidelines. If you have any questions or require assistance, contact the ACA team at 07 3356 4255 or email events@theaca.net.au.

Payment Information

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. The ACA will cover all credit card surcharges and processing fees.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration. 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available prior to the commencement of the first Business Club session at your selected location and are subject to the conditions outlined below. Once the program has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be provided due to the limited places available in each location, the costs involved in delivering in-person events, and out of respect for the time and preparation George Nelson commits to delivering each session.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• 10+ days before the first Business Club of your chosen location: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
• 10-5 days before the first Business Club of your chosen location: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• 5 days or less before the first Business Club of your chosen location: No refund available.

To cancel or amend your registration, send a written request via email to events@theaca.net.au.

Tax Deduction – Registration Fees

Registration fees for seminars, conferences, or training courses may be tax-deductible for enhancing your professional knowledge or skills. For more details, visit the ATO website or consult your tax advisor.
