Penny Adams is the founder of Seasons of Life Counselling. She is a Level 4 Counsellor and Supervisor and a member of the College of Supervisors. Passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, Penny is also dedicated to mentoring and equipping professionals in the counselling field. An experienced trainer, she has been providing supervision training across Australia for the past four years.
With over a decade of experience, Penny has worked extensively in schools, providing counselling and support to children, adolescents, parents, and educators. She also brings extensive experience as a supervisor, offering professional supervision to counsellors at all stages of their careers, including those working in schools and private practice.
Beyond her counselling and supervision work, Penny is actively involved in supporting the professional growth of counsellors through online communities and initiatives designed to connect, educate, and empower practitioners across Australia.
She is also the author of the upcoming book The Counsellor’s Chair: The Proven Framework for Private Practice Success, set for publication in June 2025. This book is based on her experience in helping many counsellors establish and grow their private practices.
